.           This league were the benchmark of how Hyenas community commitments to the prevention of the dignity of human life. We have the duty anent to the “Principle of Intergenerational Responsibility” Hyenas to protect our future generation building up relationship as our shared responsibility to our community.

This "Four Rs" of Intergenerational Responsibility are the classics and factual foundation of the family and community, “Respect- Younger generations evidence respect for older generations in numerous ways ”, “Responsibility- are translated into action within which a personal obligation to the next generation inculcating the Hyenas Players to look back where they came from and to look forward on what they can do for their future”, “Reciprocity- younger generations support older relatives, older relatives are assisting younger persons”, and “Resiliency- provides a continuous emotional and physical support system to the youngest generation”, this generally characterize intergenerational responsibility.

The ultimate goal of this program is to reduce if not eliminate juvenile delinquent in our society that would somehow prospective to criminality in the near future, necessary in creating a harmonious and healthy community.

Filipino nowadays particularly the youth ages as early as ten (10) years old and above are getting so aloof in mingling with other youth. They tend to isolate themselves and hide their true identities, necessary in developing their full potentials. In many cases, research analyzers argue that the major causes of this could be drawn to social networking. Exposure of the different online- sites gives so much interest to youth because of new technology, internet connections, and over-usage of these sites. However, the most important factor is the freedom that comes along with these sites. This is extremely significant because some social networking sites have cause suicides, pornography, bullying, and even revolutions, a lot of irregularities in the process, but most importantly causes social isolation. This controversial idea affects the lives of many people in today’s society.

Proper intervention and programs of the hyenas we be the signal that would somehow reduce if not eliminate the bad opportunities that is deterrent for our children, the youth and not even limited to early adult fellows; as we speak on  crimes in drugs, rape, robbery, killings and etc.

Finally, after almost three (3) years, another very significant contribution of Hyenas community were; the donation of two (2) goals to the Davao Crocodile Football Club; two (2) 11 a side standard goals, twelve (12) soccer balls and ten (10) training pipe polls to the Davao City National High School, Summer Medical Mission/Oplan Tuli to the players, adopts Panabo and Vicente National High School football players support in school requirements, College Scholarship Program to Hyenas Coaching Staff, Gift giving programs like donation to SOS children Village soccer players like sports jerseys, slippers “Sinilas”. No single centavo was spent by the government, but it was through the generous support of the Hyenas parent’s collective efforts and private agencies partners in building football community a life of everyone.

Continuous and sustained training were also undertaken thru a series of skills enhancement projects that were conducted such as one-on-one tutorial lesson, Speed, agility and different drills basic to advance.

The active involvement of the players and parents to different activities, league and training programs called upon by the coaching staff is a solid testament to the Hyenas’ commitment to the fulfillment of FIFA “the school of football is the school of life” and performing charitable and voluntary tasks thereby creating a friendly and peaceful community on the process.

In its journey to implement the mission of FIFA, the support of the HYENAS is noteworthy. Among these accomplishment/achievement of the players and parents are part of it.
